Never a Pick Me is a digital product (PDF) delivered instantly after purchase. No physical item is shipped.

 

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content, this right ends once delivery has started with your express consent. By completing your purchase, you request immediate delivery of the guide and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once your download link is made available.

 

Problems with your file

If your file is damaged, incomplete or won't open, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will send you a working copy or, if we can't fix the problem, give you a full refund.

 

Duplicate purchases

If you were charged twice by mistake, contact us and we will refund the duplicate payment.

Email us with your order number and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
